Where can i go to send Yahoo! a personal email question?

In your inbox, click the help button with the pull down arrow in the top right corner, just under your toolbar, it has an option there to "contact us."





PS - they DO read and respond to them. I had an issue several months ago where I all of a sudden wasn't receiving anything, even stuff I sent myself from another email account and they fixed it and responded w/in 48 hours.

click on Yahoo help
Reply:you scroll down all the way to the bottom of the page and it should say 'contact us" or it should say send feed back.
