My personal email will not upload???

I hope someone can answer this question. I got home work today and tried to log onto my email. and it redirects me to a different url. my email is at http://zagmail.gonzaga.edu and when i type that in, it directs me to http://zc.gonzaga.edu and will not upload. all of my other websites are functioning, and some of my friends have been able to load their emails. any suggestions?? I have tried resetting my homepage, typing it in manually, as well as tried other browsers etc. I don't think it's a virus, but it is annoying. Any tips are welcome. I have a Mac mini and use safari.

I went to both links, http://zc.gonzaga.edu looks a like a testing environment, they are testing a new mail system. Since I cannot log in, can't say anything more. After all there is a link at the bottom where you can report bugs and I noticed help desk numbers and e mails. Please contact, if you are not sure what's happening.
