OMG! I'm a dumba*s I filled out an online survey and accidently gave my personal email address...?

Is there a quick way to get unsubscribed from these lists all at once? Or am I doomed to eternally unsubscribe from them one by one? My inbox is being crushed! Ugh..

Nope, I think you're gonna have to unsubscribe one by one. Usually all the way in the bottom, there is the unsubscribe link that you can click on and be removed from the list. It usually takes a few days before u stop receiving it. Other than that just report it as a spam.


My other suggestion is to have another disposable address, that you don't use for personal correspondence, or online shopping. You can use this email to play games, subscribe to forums you're not sure about, all those junk stuff. And if u notice that u get nothing but junk, just delete the account.
Reply:If it is just your E-mail you gave them no more personal data that's no big deal, what's the worse could happen, you get allot of junk Mail, you delete them. my E-mai address is on my business card and in the Yellow pages and I am not concern.

Reply:Just report all the emails to spam. They will stop after a while.
