Blackberry personal email ICON missing...PLEASE HELP!!!?

Hello i just set up my personal and blackberry email on my phone and I don't know how to get the icons to show up on the screen....anybody know how? Thanks

On the Home Screen, click on the menu and select "Show All". Make sure that Show all has a check mark beside it.





If the icon doesn't show up, go to the Blackberry Internet Service website and login to your account. Resend your service books. By doing this you click the Service Book link at the left panel of your BIS home page and then click the "Send Service Books" button. This will send the proper configurations to your device as well as initiate the creation of two icons for your email accounts.
