How do i stop getting yahoo alerts and myspace stuff sent to my personal email account?

Http://alerts.yahoo.com has the alert settings and my space would have their own settings.
How do i stop getting yahoo alerts and myspace stuff sent to my personal email account?
on myspace, just go to "edit account" and you can opt out of receiving emails...you cant on y! answers though
