Have personal email address (myname@myname.com) but now doesn't work. History say's I'm paid up. help?

I ued to have my own personal eamil address and web page, but now, I can't receive or send emails from that address. My payment history says - Domain Registration/Transfer Fee - was paid last month, but I don't get emails there anymore. Help!!!!
