Is there any legal action that I can take for my ex getting into my personal email and printing them out?
i am not sure that sueing her would do you any good, first thing to do is close down the old e-mail address and get a different one with new name and password, make sure you shut down any and all access routes that she is using, if she has access to your p.c. , stop the accessibilitiy routes. don't let her in your home or apartment etc.put a password on your p.c. if she is accessing from that point.she has to have all the information she needs to gain access, so you need to make some changes fast.


e-mail your clients and friends your new e-mail address. give no body your pass word. that should end her little tee to tee.
Reply:It's invation of privacy, change your password and read yahoo's or hotmail's (or whatever you have) privacy statement. But i'm pretty sure you can't go to the police or anything.
