Why does my yahoo personals keep putting a pop up on my screen every time I access my personals email?

The pop up moves everytime I try to close it so now I can't even access my personals mailbox. What a lovely feature. Did ATT come up with this I bet? Please send me a rememdy.

Reply:I guess it depends on what internet provider you are using but i would go into the email account and change the popup settings may help them not to come up so much
