How does someone get back a Yahoo email account that has been hacked when all of their personal info is gone?

I have a friend whose Yahoo account was hacked and they changed her password and personal info so that she cannot get back her password. The problem is that she has a credit card linked to that account and forgot which one it is, so she can't cancel it.
How does someone get back a Yahoo email account that has been hacked when all of their personal info is gone?
Contact customer service but I hear they never answer.
Reply:have her call cc company and stop all charges on that card and they will issue a new one .u can also call yahoo and ask them to stop charges on their end.
Reply:I don't think there's a way to do it if your account was hacked. Did she try going to "lost password" ? maybe the hacker didn't change the personal question and answer.. so she could still get her account back and change the password again.
