are there any softwares to trace this YAHOO emails to a particular exact location and the person who sends it not just the city or ISP?

You can track the source IP from the mail header with a program like Visual Route, which pinpoints the location, but only up to the user's local ISP I think. There's no legal way to get things like exact address info and it's not possible at all unless you can hack into the ISP's database and retrieve it (which of course is illegal again).


If you're sure of a case of abuse, just track down the ISP of the offending user and send them the info. Upon repeated incursions they should take action. If it's a major offense, try contacting the local police department and have them look into it.
